Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. It looks like eczema (atopic dermatitis) . It is chronic, pruritic, inflammatory skin disease. It looks dry, erythema, excoriations, and oozing. The goal of treatment is to reduce symptoms (pruritus and dermatitis), prevent exacerbations, and minimize therapeutic risk. So for the standard treatment are topical anti-inflammatory drugs and moisturization of the skin. Avoid the factors that cause this atopic dermatitis such as excessive bathing without subsequent moisturization, low humidity environments, emotional stress, dry skin, overheating of skin, and exposure to solvents and detergents. If you avoid this is helpful from acute flares as well as long term management. Maintaining skin hydration, you can try emollients and moisturizers cream. And you can use topical corticosteroids or topical calcineurin inhibitors that are effective in controlling pruritus.
I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.
Best regards,
