Brief Answer:
may be a contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If there was any contact with the tape or any of the instruments (gloves, needle, syringe etc) used during the procedure, then it is possible that you may be experiencing an contact dermatitis which is an allergic response induced by contact with a particular agent

Giving blood is not associated with major complications, there is no risk of infections since blood is being removed, not received.
Even receiving donated blood is very safe now because it is thoroughly checked

YOu can consider the use of a mild topical steroid (eg hydrocortisone ) or topical antihistamine . This can be combined with one to two doses of oral antihistamine eg zyrtec, allegra, benadryl, claritine

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
yes, it was seen

Detailed Answer:
HI

Yes, it looks allergic in nature.

Allergies are most commonly associated with itching.

Fungal rashes can also cause itching but not usually so abruptly- they take a while to develop

Please feel free to ask anything else
