Urticaria, take antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be urticaria which is an allergic reaction.
It could be due to any infection, food or drug allergy, insect bite, thyroid disease and sometimes occurs without any cause.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily for 10 days.
This should resolve it.
If it doesn’t improve in 7-10 days consult a doctor and get it evaluated.
