Brief Answer:
It can be allergic dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

It is a good idea to use either Zyrtec or benadryl but not both drugs at the same time. You can also use cortisone cream on them to reduce inflammation.

You can send me a photo of the rash in order that I can see it and evaluate it.
Tell me if you are having other symptoms or if you relate it to any food or product you recently used .

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Seems like allergic rash.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the photo you attached and it looks like allergic rash or allergic dermatitis.
Continue using Zyrtec and hydrocortisone cream.
If you see that it doesn't get better do a Prednisone injection.
it may need some days to get better.
