I Have A Rash That’s Spreading Over My Body

Question: I have a rash that’s spreading over my body
Brief Answer:
Dermatophytosis or ringworm seen.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photos you attached and the rash looks like dermatophytosis ( ringworm) or fungal infection of the skin.
The rash is typically red circular and scalcy with white flakes on top.
I think you should take antifungals orally since it has been spreading all over your body.
It is more common in people suffering from diabetes .
You should wash your skin with gentle soap, dry it well and ware cotton underwear.
Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.
