I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photos you attached and the rash looks like dermatophytosis ( ringworm) or fungal infection of the skin.
The rash is typically red circular and scalcy with white flakes on top.
I think you should take antifungals orally since it has been spreading all over your body.
It is more common in people suffering from diabetes .
You should wash your skin with gentle soap, dry it well and ware cotton underwear.
