I Have A Recent Blood Test That Kind Of Concerns

Question: I have a recent blood test that kind of concerns me. the only things out of the normal range were
mpv 13.8
hematacrit 51.3
platelets 94,000
i also showed up positive on for the ana test at the 1:40 titer with a homogenous patern. the only reason i got this tested was because i have severe anxiety and got everything tested. she said since im not showing symptoms inshould gonfor further testing but its driving me insane with worry.my plates are usually in the 130 or 140 range but 94,000 is kind of low. i understand that its not low enough toncause excessive bleeding or bruising but why would my mpv be high and my platelets be low? i want to know if there is a reason i should worry about like cancer or some crazy disease

Brief Answer:
Hello. please upload complete report
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I understand your concern. Please upload the detailed report so that i can give you a comprehensive opinion.
We need to look for the reason for low platelelt counts( it can be simple viral infection, or sometimes a low grade Immune thrombocytopenia). A low platelet levels can give rise to high mpv and you should not get worried about this.
A borderline high hematocrit is of o significance as it is related to fluid intake. lesser fluid intake can give rise to high hematocrit.
We cannot diagnose lupus just on the basis of ANA positivity. There should be other clinical parameters too.
Please upload detailed report of ANA too.
Thanks and regards
