I Have A Red Penis And A Little Of Smegma

Question: Hi doctor , i have a red penis and alittle of smegma . Slight discomfort . Medically free . No hx of sexual activity . I have put travacort cream ( slightly improved) . After that i have put candicort( miconazol nitrate and hydrocortison) / mod imroved . But also after I have stopped the Mx , the redness comes back . The last week , i have used fusicort cream ( magic imrovment) once daily . All the redness is gone without any symptoms for one week . After I have stopped it , the redness comes back ! Whats is the problem doctor ??? I will attached the photos befor and after .

You have used multiple steroid and anti fungal creams.
Steroid can reduce any type of redness both invective as well as non invective hence you were getting response with the usage.
However it is important to reach a diagnosis before using any type of cream.

It appears to be zoon balanitis.
Apply ointment mupirocin twice daily for a month.
Don't apply any steroid cream.
This should help you.
If you don't get any response then a biopsy might be required.
