Question: I have a red widespread bumpy itchy rash. It has not responded for any length of time to prednisone, cortisone shot, antihistsomine, or any anti itch creams or ointment. Ice seems to help, but all is temporary. We thought it started as itchy hives, but gets blistery in spots as well and has been going on for about 12 weeks. I have been to 2 dermatolgists
