I Have A Right Hand Tremor I Take 1.5 Lexapro

Question: I have a right hand tremor I take 1.5 lexapro escitalopram and1.5mg of abilify and .5 clonapin. I have taken the lexapro and clonapin for about 5 years and the abilify for 2.5 years for anxiety and depression. I am 69 year old female in good health except for the hand tremor. I tripped and fell in January and broke my knee and elbow but it has healed now and I had kidney stones removed 3 months ago but I am feeling ok and under a Dr's care for all these issues. I would like to know what kind of hand tremors I might have. I have an appointment with a physician in September but that is slow. The tremor is not shaking when my hand is relaxed and my hands are still. Only when my hand is stiff or in a fixed position. Do you think itis from my medication or the fall I had in January? It has been bothering me for 3-4 months the gabapinton seems to make the tremor alittle less shakey but I feel to sleepy to take it regularly.Thank you.for your help.
