Brief Answer:
This is probably folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes I got your reply and thanks for sending the details. This is most probably a folliculitis due to an infection of hair follicle with M. Furfur or P Aeruginosa.

It can be managed with topical Benzoyl Peroxide cream to be applied only on the rash two times a day for few days.
If it doesnot resolve with this or gets worse then please see a physician.

Brief Answer:
It is over the counter cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Benzoyl peroxide is an over the counter cream and does not require prescription.

It is uncommon for folliculitis to show up on such areas but the presence of comedones around it is suggestive of it.
If the itching is bad then hydrocortisone cream may be applied. Its preparation may also be available over the counter.
Cleaner water can help in its faster resolution.
