Brief Answer:
It could be a UTI
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Do you have to urinate often? Considering your symptoms and age, my primary suspicion would be UTI, urinary retention or possibly a derived effect of constipation. A urinalysis and ultrasound of your bladder would be helpful to differentiate between these condition. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Hi again,
A UTI is a urinary tract infection and can be treated with antibiotics. I suggest a urinalysis to test for a UTI. Constipation can lead to urine retention and the symptoms you describe. This can be treated with different kinds of laxative.
