Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to the pictures that are provided here, you may suffer from cellulitis.

Cellulitis is the inflammation of skin and subcutaneous tissues, typically due to infection by streptococcus pyogenes or staphylococcus aureus. Cellulitis is characterized by erythema, pain , swelling that occurs on the shin. Some systemic upset like fever, confusion, tachycardia, tachypnoea, hypotension may be associated with cellulitis too.

Oral Flucloxacillin is the first line treatment. Due to allergic to penicillin or failure of response to Flucloxacillin, oral Clindamycin or Clarithromycin can be used.
