Thanks for your reply Dr.
I am 34 years old man.
At initial stage, the stool is very hard but later on it becomes normal. It takes a lot of time to pass stool. When I pass stool forcibly, sometimes I feel sharp pain like from the cut off blade.
There is no mucus or blood strain.
No abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting at all.
My diet is normal. I eat rice, chappati, lentils, grams etc and weekly once non-veg and I take vegetables and sometimes green leafy vegetables as well. I neither smoke or drink alcohol.
I don't take medicines at all. I am complitely healthy and physicaly active also.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
The problem is related to the first of stool being hard, hence difficulty to pass and it cuts to form a condition called fissure in ano.
I would suggest you the following in such a condition:
Take Fabolite powder - this is Isabgol husk. You have to adjust the doses on your own as per the response you get.
Take 1 tsf = one teaspoonful that is about 5 grams in a full glass of water with breakfast and dinner.
Have more fluids with this. This will help to maintain the fluid in the bolus that passes through stomach to small intestine to large intestine wherein the water is absorbed. Isabgoal helps to retain water and thus will help to have the first part of stool being soft and all your problems may be solved.
You may have to increase or reduce the doses as per the effects you get.
Identify the foods that give hard stool and avoid these.
Identify the foods that help to have soft stools like green or brown leafy vegetables, ladies fingers=bhindi and so on Increase intake of such vegetables/foods. Your keen observation will only help.
Start doing this and let me know the progress.
(Please read carefully the instructions and let me know if any doubts before you start taking this.)
