May i know since how long are you having this pain
Did it start all of a sudden?AS you are having multiple symptoms especially difficulty on breathing needs to be examined by an ENT specialist As of now for the relief you can take any acetaminophen with aceclofenac.

It woke me up last night about 10 and has been constant. Right now pain is more.

It can be due to muscle spasm also, But as you have difficulty in breathing kindly consult the near by doctor once You can take a muscle relaxant tablet for relief but it is not available over the counter in your location. Hence i suggested Acetamenophen and aceclofenac If Ibuprofen is available even that can be taken if you are not allergic to it . It'll give only timely relief but consult doctor s soon as possible
