Question: I have a skin colored bump on the side of my face that grows slowly over time. There isn’t any pain and it is slightly firm to the touch. Is there anyway you can steer me in the direction of what it could be? Thank you

It seems like either a Pilar cyst or an Epidermoid cyst. The second one more commonly occurring on the face compared to the first one, which is rather more common on the scalp. Treatment for both is removal.
