Question: I have a skin irritation that feels like hot needles al over the body and have applied a topical analgesic (diphenhydramine HCL) over 30 minutes ago and condition is not changing. What can I do to get relief

I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
