Question: Hi Doctor,

I have a slight pain in the very lower part of the abdomen on the right side. The pain is new and has only been a day. Do I need some tests?

hi,
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Right lower abdominal pain could be due to so many causes like cyst pain,appendicitis,urinary tract infection and gastritis.
You can do hot fomentation and analgesic application.
You can take anti spasmodic medication.
If not relieved you can go for ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis.
