I Have A Small Hole (3mm Diameter) In The Middle

Question: I have a small hole (3mm diameter) in the middle of my frenulum. I am not circumsised. it doesnt hurt and I think its been there for a few weeks now as its healed over. it was sore a few weeks ago but i thought it was a tear, not a hole.
As it is close to the edge of my frenulum, i think there is a change it is more likely to rip now during intercourse. The edge/ bottom of my frenulum was recently very tender after intercourse but not the hole below, that was ok. Is there a way I can help repair the skin to grow back or should I have it cut so it doesnt rip?

Brief Answer:
You get it repaired.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, the hole is very small. It is 3mm only.
Actually,jt should get healed without any hole.
If the hole is persisting, you can cut it open or suture the hole after trimming by a Surgeon or Urologist.
Please consult your Doctor and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
