I Have A Small Rash On My Penis. I Beleive

Question: I have a small rash on my penis. I beleive it srarted from agressive masterbation. I just got blood and urine tested for all the STD...came back negative. Had these red marks for one month. They are not itchy. It is on the crown. small red patched. like rug burn. Thave stoped masterbation. I am circumcised. Based in research on line...i have been applying Lotrimin...It has not helped and it has not improved.

I see the photo of the rash you attached and it looks like may be caused by yeast infection.
Being negative for STD supports the fact that it can be a yeast infection. If lotrimin has not worked you can use canestran.
If it still doesn't get better you can use fluconazole orally.
