It’s due to penile pump and it will settle on its own.

Hello,

Dorsal vein of the penis tends to expand with the use of a penile pump. It is quite normal because veins with over the penis will expand due to the vacuum created when used.
Nothing much to worry you should not go too far with the pump and overdo it by over-pumping or do not use it too long for a single session.
As of now, no treatment is required and it will settle on its own. If the problem persists or incase of symptoms like pain you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
