Hello Doctor,
Thanks for prompt response.
How long can i take these supplements.
Total B(B1,B2,B3,...) has all more than daily required percentage. Does it shows any side effects if i take it for long time.
Do you recommend any tests or other supplements along with these.
Thanks for prompt response.

Brief Answer:
Get B12 and D levels done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
No this will not cause any significant side effects. Take one tablet per day for around 6 weeks. But also get your B12 levels done, if the levels are in good range then no need to take these supplements.
No get Vitamin B12 and D levels done to rule out any deficiency. Also get Thyroid Hormone levels done to rule out any thyroid issue which is also an important cause of anxiety.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You should take B12 supplements too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes D levels are low and you are already taking D supplements.
The levels of B12 too are in normal but in low normal ranges. At this levels you should take B12 supplements for at least 4 weeks.
Rest all tests are normal and no need to intervene at this point of time. Hb and Thyroid are normal.
Thanks.
