Please give additional information and post clear photographs if possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the skin edematous and irregular?
Is there any definite palpable swelling or lump?
Does it hurt or pressure - tenderness?
Any constitutional symptoms like feeling feverish or bodyache?
Is the skin red?
If possible, please post clear and focused photos.

Awaiting for detailed feedback.
With Regards.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted the findings.
The most probable causes can be as follows:
Axillary lymph node: Deep lying, not attached to the skin hence the skin can be moved around. There can be an infection in the drainage area that is the breast area and upper arm on same side.
Or it can be a boil/cyst: always attached to the skin hence it moves with movement of skin, there can be a black or white spot indicating its attachment with skin.
In either case it is important to know the exact diagnosis:
Actual examination by your Doctor, preferable a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography can help to know the exact diagnosis, FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) helps further.
The treatment will essentially depend upon the final diagnosis.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback once the said things are done.

With Regards.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for your appreciation.

Detailed Answer:
Out of the description as mentioned in last answer, what is the finding?
You can certainly take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Wait and see.
But it should be examined by Doctor and supported by investigations as mentioned.

I hope this answer further helps you.

With Regards.
