I Have A Stomach Ache For Two Days. I Was
Question: I have a stomach ache for two days.
I was thinking maybe it was constipation so I had some medicine and had some poop. Pain was quite wide in whole belly.
Now the pain became more concentrated in the lower abdomen. It feels like sth is pushing my bladder( but I urinate without pain). I feel stress in my belly with each step.
I also have menstruation, which normally are painful, but this time my pain is much different. It is constant and in different area.
What are your thoughts? What can be the cause?

I had two microlax: https://www.ebay.com/itm/MICROLAX-Enemas-5-mL-x-4-Pcs-Relief-of-Constipation-Sorbitol-Fast-Free-Shipping-/0000 and two times drank guttalax https://www.drugs.com/international/guttalax-7-5 -mg-ml.html No nausea,no vomiting or other symptoms. Pain feels like sth is streching inside. not spasmodic. stools are waterly and in little amount.
Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and the links.
Microlax is enema.
Guttalax contains Sodium Picosulfate which acts on large bowel and one of the common side effects is abdominal cramps and diarrhea. This may wear off within one to three days if it is due to the same.
Since you have symptoms it is advisable to get the blood, urine and stool tested.
X-ray and Ultrasonography of abdomen to find or rule out if there are any other causes of your symptoms. Ovarian cyst, Pelvic inflammatory disease and many other problems can cause similar pain. Such things are enhanced during menstruation as there is congestion in the pelvic organ during the stage of menstruation.
I hope this answer helps you to get an exact cause and get treated accordingly.
Take care.
