Question: I have a strange bump on my nose that came up after being hit in the nose by my dog. It is on the top off my left nostril.

The bump is visible now.
It looks like a cyst.
Sometimes mild injuries can lead to formation of such cyst.
I would like to know if you have any symptoms such as pain or itch in that area.

Thanks for the follow up.
Just relax there is nothing to worry.
Apply Adapalene gel 0.1 % daily in night for 15 days.
This will reduce the size of the bump and it should eventually disappear.
