Sir my age is 33
I am male
More than 7 years
No diabetic and thyroid
No medicinal but since last 2 months I take pancolex liq for constipation
But some time it is not working and as you known with constipation i can not feel fresh

Hi,
The following may be done for relief from constipation-
1. Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water every night
2. Pruvict 2 mg once daily at night for 4 weeks.
3.Lot of vegetables, fruits, prune juice
4. At least 30 minutes of brisk walking/exercise everyday
