Question: I have a swollen left testicle with occasional pain depending on sitting position. My most recent psa was .4. Always has been sensitive since vasectomy 25 years ago. But never this large.

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may need to do an ultrasound of the testicles as soon as possible. This will show you the cause of swelling and pain.
It can be a swollen vein , cyst etc .
The PSA isn't too much but in the upper limit of normal PSA.
