I Have A Swollen Lymph Node In My Neck For

Possibility of post infectious bronchitis is more likely.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of post infectious bronchitis is more likely.
Bronchitis is inflammation of airways. It is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection like cold.
Raspy breathing, shortness of breath etc are symptoms of bronchitis only.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
The enlarged lymphnode is mostly due viral infection. But better to get done ultrasound neck to rule out other pathology.
Please let me know
1. Which antibiotic you took?
2. Do you smoke?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in my reply.
You should finish the course of Augmentin firstly.
You should also start inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) for breathing difficulty and shortness on of breath.
Do get an Ultrasound neck done if lymph node persistent after Augmentin course.
