Brief Answer:
You should not get concerned about the lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Swollen lymph nodes may happen if we have an infection as an immune response to it.
The viral infection or cold you have passed may have caused it.
It may remain there swollen for longer duration.
I don't think you should get worried about it.
If it is enlarged or others are created you may get concerned.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
