Brief Answer:
it may be due to an upper respiratory tract infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be an upper respiratory tract infection.

For that, I would suggest you consult a physician for detailed clinical examination.

S/he may procure complete hemogram, chest x-ray, throat swab as per evaluation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Meanwhile, you can take tablet acetaminophen, tablet Levocetirizine 5mg once daily and cough expectorant available over the counter.

Along with that, do saline/ betadine gargles.

Take steam inhalation. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
