Brief Answer:
skin biopsy required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If there is prolonged healing and creams dont help then it may be necessary to do biopsy of this lesion to rue out issues such as basocellular carcinoma, psoriasis or autoimmunes skin lesions. You may try mild steroid creams or creams based on zync oxide such as Desitin. But if there is no improvement you should do biopsy and dermatology exam. WIsh you good health. regards
