I Have A Wound That Is 1.5 Cm And 1.5

Question: I have a wound that is 1.5 cm and 1.5 cm on my inner buttcheek for the past 2 weeks and it won't heal. I'm in my wheelchair for work and then come home and lay down. At the top the black keeps spreading. It doesn't seem like eschar but dry blood. Some comes off with saline but the top right we can't get any off hardly. Currently using Santayl but not a lot happening with the black areas.
Brief Answer:
You may need to take antibiotics.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and the wound seems ulcerative and infected since it has a red rash around the wound and white material on it possibly pus.
Possibly it started as pimples but it got infected.
Staying in wheelchair and sitting may contribute to non healing.
Also being diabetic may have contributed to it.
I think you may need to take antibiotics orally and also on the wound.
Also visit a surgeon to check for possible fistula.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
