Question: I have abdominal pain and post coital bleeding which has now continued to spotting since couple of days. I'm not sure what is causing this.

Could be UTI again

Sorry for the delay in my response.

Burning sensation while passing urine indicate UTI, taking antibiotics like Norfloxacin 400 or Cefxime 200 twice daily after food for 3 days along with Syrp Citralka 10ml taken mixing with 100ml water twice daily will help.

But the post coital bleeding is usually not a symptom seen in UTI, you may have to get it evaluated by a gynecologist by details examination and Ultrasound scan if necessary.
