I have had the bumps for 2 days. Yesterday and today.
They are not present on any other part of my body just my genital area.
There is no history of anything like this with my friends or family.
I would say more itching during the night, but only just a little bit more then the day.
There is no pain or burning, just a little bit of an itchy feeling.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash or scabies
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it could be either scabies or eczematous rash although chances of scabies are less.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet certrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 5-7 days.
This should resolve it.
If it doesn’t improve in a week’s time consult a doctor and get it evaluated.
