Brief Answer:
Yes, most probably it will pass without a problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand that there is a piece of cotton inserted in your anus. I suppose since it was able to get in, it is much easier to get out in the next bowel movement. You do not need to worry much about it. Drink plenty of water and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables in the coming days to avoid constipation.
If you notice blood or have difficulty having a bowel movement, consider seeing a local doctor. But, I strongly do not think this will be the case.

In any case feel free to contact me again if you have other questions or concerns.

Kind regards, Dr. Klarida Papaqako, General and Family physician.
Thanks.
