Brief Answer:
I don't think they could be related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch,
Thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.

I am not sure of the timing of these symptoms, but I do not see any way that they could be connected at all. Bruising suggests some problem with your blood clotting, which may be due to inflammation of your blood vessels allowing blood to seep through, or a low platelet count, or a problem with your blood clotting factors.

Sores that don't heal suggest a problem with your blood vessels not allowing enough blood to get to the sores to allow them to heal, or perhaps an infection that is keeping the sores from healing.

If you have only had acute bronchitis with stomach pain and nausea for a short period of time, less than a few weeks, I would not suspect they are related. But if the lung issues have been going on for a long time, you may have a systemic disease causing all of this, such as vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels). Either way, I would recommend that you have your blood profile checked to try to figure out what is causing these symptoms.

I hope that helps.
Please let me know if you have any questions, I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
