Brief Answer:
Better to start fluticasone nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports and prescription you have attached.
You are mostly having allergic rhinitis.
We need to rule out asthma as well because of mucus production.
So please let me know
1. Do you have coughing or breathing difficulty or wheezing?
2. Do you have a family history of allergies?
3. Have you ever undergone PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)? I am asking this because PFT is must for the diagnosis of asthma.
You should along start fluticasone nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice daily.
Steam inhalation and warm water gargle 5-6 times a day are also beneficial.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You might have asthma also.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are also having coughing, breathing difficulty and wheezing, possibility of asthma is also there.
So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose asthma but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever consulted pulmonologist?
2. Since how long you are suffering from these symptoms?
3. Did you have childhood symptoms also?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
