I Have An SVT Heart Arrhythmia Currently Having Bad Chest Pain

Question: Hi,
I have an SVT heart arrhythmia, and I’m currently having bad chest pain. The pain is radiating from my chest, down to my left arm and my left leg. It’s about a 6-7 on a 0-10 scale. I had a recent episode this past week where I had bad chest pain, went to the ER, and they said I was fine. The pain is worse this time and radiating to my left side extremities. Should I go to the ER?
