Question: I have an enormous penis. Its 37cm long and about 25cm around.
this cant be normal size?
Is there any medication that can make it smaller or what do i do?

Hi,
As per your description there is abnormal increase in the size of the penis. Is the above mentioned size at erect state or at flaccid state? Is it associated with pain? Do you experience painful elections?
Generally drugs will not have much role and surgical correction may be required.

Hi! Its when Im flaccid?
no no pain, i get erection and I ejaculate massive loads to if that has something to do with it?

It geta even bigger when erect.
