Question: I have an itchy rash with moles appearing in the rash area.The moles exist for 3 to 4 weeks. The rash started on my neck in November and has now moved to my back.

I read your query and here is my advice.

Moles either exist on ones skin since childhood and early adulthood or they are caused by excess sun exposure.
Itching and rash on moles usually is not a good sign because there exists a possibility of a mole becoming melanoma.
I would prefer to see a photo of the rash and moles and if you can please upload one at reports.
You can also visit a dermatologist to see the mole even with magnifying glass or perform a dermatoscopy.
