Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query and images in detail.

This is an ulceration of the overlying skin.

You require oral antibiotic therapy for a week atleast.

Topical neosporin is not affective.

Likewise if symptoms don't improve with Antibiotic therapy, biopsy of ulcertion is warranted.
