Brief Answer:
It says fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thank you for the report. It tells me that you have steatosis, I.e. fatty liver. This is usually caused by unhealthy eating or excessive alcohol consumption. Diabetes and chronic liver infections such as hepatitis can also lead to steatosis. If your liver enzymes are within the normal limits, I suggest you try modifying the factors mentioned above, e.g. to a more healthy lifestyle. If it has not been done, you should be checked for viral and autoimmune hepatitis.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you for your respond Doctor. I am sorry if i am bothering you too much, But i am bit frustated and worried, One of my Doctor told me after checking my Ultra sound report. he said report is fine there is nothing to worry about there is always some fat seen if you do a ultrasound test. if its too much then you have to consult, but on this report it doesnt say anything about the amount of fat which in on the liver. Too much test make me more nervous and make me metally disturb.

Brief Answer:
No need for further testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

If the only issue is the fatty liver, you have nothing to worry about. Simply adjust your lifestyle as recommended previously. As a safety net, do another ultrasound in a year's time or so.

Best wishes.
