Brief Answer:
Could be chronic migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your symptoms. I need additional information to help you better

1. Is there any nausea or vomiting?

2. Does the headache get worse when exposed to bright lights or noise?

3. Any positive family history?

In most cases, the underlying cause is migraine, however, other causes need to be excluded based on the symptoms.

Please get back with the additional information.

Brief Answer:
Thank you for providing additional information.

Detailed Answer:
Based on the additional information, the most likely possibility is chronic migraine (chronic daily headache).

Regarding treatment, you should take preventive medicines also to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches in future. Options include topiramate or amitriptyline. Amitriptyline may be preferred as it additionally helps with sleep also.

Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be a brain tumor.

Detailed Answer:
Based on the symptoms, it does not seem to be a brain tumor or cancer. However, the only method to be 100% sure is to get a brain scan done.
