Brief Answer:
Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole can be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

You can take Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day or Rabeprazole 20 mg once a day, empty stomach for a week. If the symptoms don't improve, please consult a gastroenterologist as you might need an endoscopy. You should also avoid spicy food, tea and other food items which increases your burning.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
