Question: I have been able to satisfy my wife sexually for quite some time due to premature ejaculation. i often ejaculate immediately after penetration during Intercourse. (30 secs). i have had this problem since my first sexual experience at the age of 17. but i felt it will improve when i start havinf sex regularly. I am now 37 year old , i have been married for 4 years. The problem still persist and its causing some embarrassment in my relationship. i have used some medications such as lidocaine cream and viagra to help address this but havent had good success. Vigra improves my erection and lasting power but gives a nasty headache. lidocaine hasnt been helpful. I'd like to be worked up for possible causes of premature ejaculation and will appreciate a lsting solution to this problem.

I am sorry to hear about your distress. Premature ejaculation can be difficult to treat. As I read it, you do not have erectile dysfunction. Therefore, it could be of benefit if you masturbated prior to sexual intercourse. This should definitely postpone intercourse ejaculation.
