Question: I have been adviced a high protein diet due to a medical condition. please advice what all can be covered in high protein. i am both a vegetarian and non vegetarian

Since you are advised to follow a high protein diet, you can consider including egg, chicken, fish, meat, milk, and milk products like curd, paneer cheese, etc(except ghee) as excellent source of protein in the non-veg options.

Legumes and pulses like dal, green gram, channa, rajma, chole, soybean, soy chunks, tofu, etc can be included as high protein food items.

Try to include the above-mentioned foods on a regular basis to meet the protein requirement of your body. You may also consider Protein Supplements after consulting with your Physician.
