Hi Jasmine
Thanks for the details.
* Extreme pain after food intake can be related to hiatus hernia, reflux
esophagitis, stomach ulcer, motility related disorder or else.
I would recommend you to discuss the need of following during your visit to doc
- basic lab tests of fasting blood sugar, thyroid hormone and lipid profile
- ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis
- upper GI endoscopy
Till that time, advisable to follow certain simple measures
- an intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole ( 20 mg ) with sips of
water on empty stomach will relieve belching
- consuming food of small quantities at frequent intervals
- avoid spices, non veg, junk food, dairy fat till possible
- avoid late night dinners and immediate sleeping after meals or dinner
- try to manage sound sleep of minimum 6 hours by control of stress,
use of meditations and YOGA
- avoid smoking and alcohol ( if consuming )
- avoid any off the counter medicine for pain ( if taking )
- keep head end of the bed elevated about 30 - 40 degree so that reflux of
acid will be minimal
Wish you best recovery.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Little bump in middle of chest sound to be prominent bone due to loss of fat pad and not hernia , so there will be no damage to you before you visit your doc for sure.
Manage your stress and general measures as described above and wait till your meeting with doctor without anxiety, you will be fine definitely.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Famotidine is equally good compound for acid reflux ( though not at par with omeprazole ) to be taken two times a day on empty stomach.
Discharge of milk from breast most likely concern with hormone imbalance most likely that of Prolactin and that too is not of worry or scarring , but you must discuss the same with your doc so that he or she can co relate with other systemic features if it is relevant from clinical point of view.
Thanks.
