I Have Been Diagnosed With A Fib, A Few Years

Question: I have been diagnosed with A Fib, a few years ago. Normally I don’t see much variation in heart rate BUT lately I have seen a lot.
My FITBIT drew my attention to it and my ECG device, BodiMetrics shows a clear, large variation in heart rate.
I also have some shakes, presumably alcohol related. Can this be causing the heart rate variations.???
Regards XXXXXXX M

Brief Answer:
A cardiology evaluation will be better.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You can go for a proper ECG with rhythm strips to get a better impression.
You have to be lie down steadily to get a proper ECG recording, variations will be seen if you move or leads are misplaced and it can be misinterpreted and abnormal ECG. In your cases the shakes might have caused ECG variation.
You can attach the ECG in the followup query.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
