Brief Answer:
Could be a transient Proteinurea.

Hello
Thanks for update .In presence of normal kidney function parameters the high level of proteins in urine could be a transient proteinurea which many a times is due to high protein intake ,excessive exercise or kidney infection which gets resolved with appropriate measures .
Repeat your test after one month and if it seems to be persitent consult qualified Nephrologist for assessment and any treatmnent required ,
Thanks and Regards.
