I Have Been Drinking One Can Of Red Bull (250ml)

Question: I have been drinking one can of red bull (250ml) every day for the past 10 years. I decided to stop it because it upsets my stomach and intestines. The problem is that on Saturday morning I have an aptitude test for promotion for my job and i wonder if not drinking red bull on wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday morning (i drunk one today) will cause brain fog and significantly affect my performance in the exam.
Thank you for you time

Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but although I encourage discontinuing Red Bull due to the numerous negative effects it has on your body systems, I would not recommend that you discontinue just before your exam as you might experience insomnia, lack of concentration and brain fog for a few days post stopping. I would recommend that you continue drinking once daily until after the exam then discontinue. I hope you find this. if you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.

I had a similar opinion. What made me considered to stop red bull before the examination is the fact that recently I have been having frequent urination which is very incovenient especially in an examination that is aptitude so it is not so easy to leave the room all the time to urinate. What is your opinion on the matter.
Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
hello again..
frequent urination could be due to a number of causes, so I would recommend that you get a urine analysis to exclude UTI , a pelvic ultrasound to exclude prostatitis and a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial to exclude diabetes. In the meanwhile, you can stop drinking water or any other beverages before the exam by three hours, so that you avoid the interruption.
I hope you find this helpful. if you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
