Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical query it’s highly advisable that if the heart rate of patient is that high the patient should be taken to an ER as possibility of cardiac arrhythmia has to be ruled out.
Also kindly upload the ecg report which you have for evaluation.
Kind Regards

Please do the needful
Brief Answer:
Hello
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feed back. Ecg is suggestive of supra ventricular tachycardia which is a rhythm abnormality and can be managed with medication. It is usually harmless but can affect someone psychologically in day to day life.
It’s advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist as few blood tests and an echocardiogram will be required.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
